I've always been fascinated by the intricate carvings of elephants and riders found in temples. The level of detail and the character captured by these unknown artisans is remarkable. In my work, I aim to bring a piece of that experience to life on canvas. Using sand and acrylics, I recreate the texture and depth of these three-dimensional granite sculptures, inviting viewers to appreciate their beauty in a new context, whether at home or in the office.
