Introduction
These Content Guidelines govern all content submitted to, displayed on, or distributed through the Auria Art House platform, operated by Link2Trade Ventures LLP. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on the Auria Art House platform and will be removed immediately. Depending on severity, the submitting account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
Always Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

Nudity in Fine Art
Artistic nudity in the tradition of fine art — figure drawing, portraiture, sculpture — is considered on a case-by-case basis. It must be clearly artistic in intent, non-exploitative, and must not depict minors. Listings with nudity are tagged and may be filtered from certain views. Gratuitous or pornographic nudity is never permitted.
Section 06

Section 07

Listing descriptions must be honest, informative, and relevant to the artwork being sold. The following standards apply:
Required Information
- Medium and materials used (e.g., "Oil on stretched linen canvas")
- Dimensions in centimetres — Height × Width × Depth
- Year of creation
- Condition: new, mint, good, or description of any wear or imperfections
- Whether the artwork is framed or unframed
- Whether a Certificate of Authenticity is included
Writing Standards
- Descriptions must be written in English and/or Kannada; other Indian languages are welcome
- No keyword stuffing, repeated terms, or search-gaming tactics
- No links to external websites, social media, or competitor platforms
- No false claims about provenance, exhibition history, awards, or collector ownership
- No pricing information in the description field — use the dedicated price field
- Contact details (phone, email, social handles) must not appear in listing text
Off-Platform Contact Information
Including phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles in listing descriptions or messages for the purpose of transacting outside the platform is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination. All transactions must occur through Auria Art House.
Section 08
Artist Profiles
Your artist profile is your professional presence on Auria Art House. It must be accurate, professional, and comply with the following:
- Profile name must be your real name or established professional artist name
- Profile photograph must be a genuine photograph of yourself — not artwork, logos, or stock images
- Bio must be truthful — do not claim qualifications, exhibitions, or awards you have not received
- Social media links must be your own verified accounts
- You may not impersonate another artist, public figure, or entity
- Contact information in your profile is for platform communication only — not for soliciting off-platform transactions
Section 09
Reviews & Feedback
Reviews and ratings help the Auria Art House community make informed decisions. To maintain their integrity, the following standards apply to all buyer reviews and artist responses:
- Reviews must be based on genuine personal experience with the transaction
- No fake, paid, or incentivised reviews — including reviews from friends, family, or associates
- Reviews must not contain personal attacks, harassment, or abusive language
- Defamatory statements about artists or buyers are not permitted
- Reviews must not contain external links, phone numbers, or email addresses
- Artists may respond professionally to reviews — responses must not be threatening or retaliatory
- Review manipulation — such as coercing buyers into positive reviews — will result in account termination
Review Integrity
We monitor for patterns of suspicious review activity. Artists found to be manipulating their ratings — including creating fake buyer accounts — will be permanently banned and any pending payments forfeited.
Section 10
AI-Generated Art
Auria Art House recognises AI as an emerging creative tool. We permit AI-assisted and AI-generated artworks subject to the following mandatory requirements:
Disclosure Requirements
- Any artwork created with significant AI input must clearly state this in the listing title or the first line of the description — e.g., "AI-assisted artwork — generated using [tool name], curated and printed by the artist"
- The specific AI tool or platform used must be named
- The extent of human creative input must be described honestly
- AI-generated works may not be listed or sold as "hand-painted," "hand-drawn," or "original artwork" without significant human creative and physical involvement
Copyright Responsibility
Artists listing AI-generated works are solely responsible for ensuring the work does not infringe third-party copyright. AI-generated works trained on copyrighted data may carry infringement risk. Auria Art House accepts no liability for copyright claims arising from AI-generated listings.
Evolving Policy
Our policy on AI-generated art will evolve as Indian law, industry standards, and community expectations develop. We will notify artists of significant updates to this section.
Section 11
Events & Competitions
Submissions to Auria Art House exhibitions, competitions, and workshops must comply with all content guidelines above, plus the following additional requirements:
- Competition submissions must be entirely the submitting artist's own original work
- Artworks must not have won prizes or been exhibited in previous Auria Art House events unless explicitly permitted in the event rules
- Submissions must meet the specific theme, size, medium, and format requirements stated for each event
- By submitting, artists grant Auria Art House a licence to display, photograph, and promote the submitted artwork for event-related marketing
- Judges' decisions are final — public challenges or harassment of judges or other participants is a violation of these guidelines
- Workshop content shared by instructors must be original or licensed material — plagiarised course content is not permitted
Section 12
Enforcement
We review all reported content and take action proportionate to the severity of the violation. Our enforcement process is as follows:
| Severity |
Examples |
Action |
| Minor |
Incomplete listing information, poor image quality, minor description inaccuracy |
Listing flagged; artist notified with 48-hour correction window |
| Moderate |
Misleading description, undisclosed AI use, keyword stuffing, off-platform contact solicitation |
Content removed; formal warning issued; repeated violations escalate to suspension |
| Serious |
Copyright infringement, fake reviews, counterfeit artwork, off-platform transaction attempt |
Content removed; account suspended immediately; payments withheld pending review |
| Critical |
CSAM, hate speech, content inciting violence, fraud, identity theft |
Immediate permanent termination; account reported to law enforcement where applicable |
Good Faith Correction
For minor and some moderate violations, we offer artists the opportunity to correct issues before taking enforcement action. We believe in supporting artists while maintaining platform integrity.
Section 13
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that you believe violates these guidelines, please report it to us. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within 2–3 business days. Reports are kept confidential where possible.
To report a violation, email content@auriaarthouse.com with the listing URL or profile link, a clear description of the suspected violation, and any supporting evidence such as screenshots or links to the original work.
Filing knowingly false reports is itself a violation of these guidelines and may result in action against the reporting account.
Section 14
Appeals
If content has been removed or your account has been actioned and you believe this was in error, you may submit a written appeal within 30 days to content@auriaarthouse.com with the subject line "Content Appeal — [your username]".
Your appeal must include your account details, a description of the content removed, your explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect, and any supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed by senior moderation staff and a final decision issued within 30 days. For critical violations (CSAM, hate speech, fraud), the decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Section 15
Policy Updates
These Content Guidelines may be updated to reflect changes in Indian law, platform evolution, emerging content challenges, and community feedback. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email or platform notification.
Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
