Grievance Redressal
As required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Auria Art House has designated a Grievance Officer to address user complaints in a timely and fair manner. If your concern has not been resolved through our regular support channels, please reach out to our Grievance Officer directly. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
