Exhibition Invitation
Mumbai stands as one of India’s premier capitals for art, culture, top gallery spaces, collectors, and creative communities. Auria Art House is currently planning a professionally curated physical group art exhibition in Mumbai to give artists an exceptional platform to display original works, connect directly with collectors, build industry visibility, and generate artwork sales.
At this initial stage, we invite artists to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with details and high-resolution photographs of proposed artworks to help us assess gallery space needs, artwork volume, and overall project feasibility.
Two-Stage Curatorial Selection Process
To ensure high artistic standards and effective management of submissions, artworks will undergo a structured evaluation pipeline:

Artwork Submission & EOI: Artists upload details and high-quality frontal photographs of proposed works.

Stage 1 — AI Curator Screening: Auria’s AI Curator performs an objective preliminary evaluation analyzing image clarity, technical quality, visual impact, originality, and gallery display readiness.

Stage 2 — Senior Artists' Committee: Shortlisted works are handed over to a committee of senior artists for final evaluation regarding artistic merit, space balance, and curatorial harmony.

Final Offer & Participation Terms: Selected artists receive the complete proposal, venue specification, and fee structure to decide whether to confirm participation.
Financial Terms & Payment Structure
Strictly Zero Payment at Submission
Submitting an EOI and undergoing preliminary evaluation is 100% Free. There are no application, registration, booking, or screening fees required to submit your artworks.
Payment Terms After Artwork Approval
Only after an artwork is formally selected by the Senior Artists' Selection Committee, and after exhibition logistics (venue, duration, dates) are finalized, will shortlisted artists receive a complete proposal containing:
- Prescribed Participation Fee: The applicable fee structure will be clearly detailed at this stage based on allocated display area and gallery venue costs.
- Payment Timeline: Payment of the prescribed fee is required only after artwork approval to confirm gallery space booking.
- Full Disclosures: Sales commission rates, settlement timelines, buyer handling, artwork installation, and logistics will be fully declared before any payment request.
- Freedom of Choice: Submission of an EOI places you under no financial commitment; artists can review final terms after selection before deciding whether to proceed.
Submission Requirements
Artists are requested to submit works they are genuinely interested in exhibiting if selected. For each artwork, please provide:
- Artwork Title: Full title of the piece
- Medium: Materials used
- Dimensions: Accurate sizing
- Year of Creation: Production year
- Selling Price: Realistic retail price
- Description: Brief artist statement
Artwork Image Guidelines
Images form the core of the Stage 1 AI evaluation and Stage 2 committee review. Photos must accurately represent your physical artwork.
Preferred Image Standard
- Straight-on frontal shot
- Full artwork visible without cropping
- Clear, sharp focus with even lighting
- Accurate color representation
- Neutral or minimal background
- Frame included only if part of the artwork
Do Not Include
- Furniture (sofas, tables, lamps, chairs)
- Room, home, or office interior backgrounds
- Curtains, plants, or room decor
- Digital lifestyle mock-ups
- People or unrelated objects
- Partial or angled cropped views
Artist Eligibility
Open to emerging, established, and professional visual artists practicing in painting, drawing, mixed media, contemporary visual art, and related styles. Submitted works should be original, professionally presentable, and exhibition-ready for physical gallery display in Mumbai.
