Jayanta Ghoshal belives art is forever elusive. You never quite find it but the search for it is compulsive.Therefore there are no hard distinctions between what is real and what is unreal, nor between what is true and what is false. He likes surreal and abstract forms of art and use different medium including waste material.Jayanta Ghoshal is from Bengal.
He is a self-taught artist whose practice primarily focuses on acrylic painting on canvas and installation art.
He has participated in two group art exhibitions in Nashik, in 2026. and at one of these exhibitions, he received the Best Creative Artist award.

I am a self-taught artist and writer. My book was published by the Sahitya Akademi in February 2025. In addition to this publication, I have authored two other published books. My artistic practice primarily focuses on acrylic painting on canvas and installation art.
