Rama Sita Leather Puppets

The Rama-Sita leather puppet making process begins with preparing and treating natural leather to make it smooth and durable. Traditional designs of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita are carefully drawn by hand, then cut and detailed using intricate perforation techniques. Natural and vibrant colors are applied to highlight ornaments, costumes, and expressions.
