Ms. REBA MANDAL, Indian Contemporary Artist | M.Fine – Kolkata. Born on 29 November 1985 in Malda, West Bengal, India, Reba Mandal received her formal art education in Kolkata. Working primarily in acrylic and oil on canvas, she explores vivid themes inspired by nature, spirituality, urban landscapes and the cultural heritage of India. Reba Mandal has presented her artworks in 8 solo exhibitions at prominent venues including Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai; Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata; Chemould Art Gallery, Kolkata; Taj Bengal, Kolkata; Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Bengaluru; and international platforms such as Art Revolution Taipei, Taiwan. She has also participated in 35 group exhibitions and art auctions at various prestigious galleries and art spaces across India, including Pune and New Delhi. Her international artistic journey includes participation in 8 international exhibitions in Taipei (Taiwan), Dubai (UAE) and Singapore. She has participated in 5 national-level exhibitions and 16 national art camps and workshops across India. Her artistic achievements include several prestigious recognitions, including International Gold Medal Award, National Gold Medal Award, Special Awards and Mementoes. Her artworks are part of private collections in India and abroad, including USA, London (UK), Taipei (Taiwan), Dubai, Singapore, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Nagpur, Bengaluru, Chennai and Kolkata, among other places. Reba Mandal currently works as a freelance visual artist and lives and works in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, India.
