M. Suresh is a senior visual artist from Mysuru with an extensive career spanning over three decades in fine arts, art education, commercial art, and animation. A Diploma holder in Fine Arts, he has consistently contributed to Karnataka's art scene through his creative practice, teaching, and participation in numerous prestigious art events. His artistic journey includes 5 solo exhibitions, 10 group exhibitions, participation in the Mysore Dasara Exhibition on six occasions, and involvement in several state and national art camps and workshops organized by institutions including the Lalit Kala Akademi. His works have been exhibited across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, reflecting a deep engagement with India's cultural and artistic heritage. Beyond his studio practice, Suresh has served as an Art Director in the Kannada film industry, a graphic designer and animator, and an art educator at several reputed educational institutions, mentoring generations of aspiring artists. His contributions to public art projects and community-based creative initiatives have earned appreciation from both art enthusiasts and fellow professionals. His paintings are distinguished by their expressive visual language, strong artistic foundation, and thoughtful exploration of culture, nature, and human emotions.
